Soul Calibur is the first fighting game of the Soul Calibur series that made its home-version debut on the Sega Dreamcast. The game was originally developed for the arcade machines by Namco and was converted to the Dreamcast in 1999 by Sega. In 2008 a more advanced version was released for the XBOX360.

Review
SoulCalibur Choosing among a variety of fighters, each one with his/her own powers and fighting style, your goal is to fight to the end, until only one stands alive. The game takes you to a place which looks inspired by the ancient Chinese culture of the 16th-17th century mixed with a fantasy world straight from the comics.

This game was a masterpiece back in 1999 and it is a candy to the eye even today. Each level has its own fantastic backgrounds and bright graphics with thousands of colors blasting your screen. All characters are absolutely gorgeous, especially the female ones and are created with such a detail that they seem pretty realistic. The action is fast and flawless and the moves of each fighter are unique. If you own a Sega Dreamcast, you shouldn't miss this one.
